PARENTING PLANS

A Parenting Plan, sometimes referred to as a custody agreement, is a written agreement detailing how time with the children will be shared and how decisions about the children will be made. If parents have a well thought out Parenting Plan in place, the parents and children will know what to expect and fewer conflicts can be expected.

There are many important issues to cover in a Parenting Plan. We help parents and caregivers create a Parenting Plan to plan the children’s regular schedule, holidays, vacations and special events. These plans also set forth how decisions will be made about the children and what to do when the parents cannot agree.
